I know it is not always easy to engage a coach. Many a time, we may be hesitant asking for help, we may feel we are good enough and don't need any help, or we may not have given this any thought.

As a client, there are three things you will need to bring to our engagement – courage, patience, and commitment. You also need to have a good measure of humility, especially if your job involves working with several stakeholders.

A coaching partnership is typically a year long, however, I will be glad to develop a customized version that addresses your specific needs and preferences. Psychometric tests, 360 assessments, stakeholder feedback, and specific skill training can be included in the engagement.
