I know it is not always easy to engage a coach. Many a time, we may be hesitant asking for help, we may feel we are good enough and don't need any help, or we may not have given this any thought.

A coaching partnership is typically a year long, however, I will be glad to develop a customized version that addresses your specific needs and preferences. Psychometric tests, 360 assessments, stakeholder feedback, and specific skill training can be included in the engagement.

With more than three decades in the corporate environment, I have coached and mentored hundreds of professionals. I blend industry experience with global best practices in coaching to add value to my engagements.
