About Nandita

In a career spanning three decades, Nandita has held leadership and executive positions in some of the top global organizations that span multiple industry domains. She has worked in the University of California, Berkeley, Tata Consultancy Services, American Express, GE, Fidelity Investments, and IBM. She is a Technology and Digital advisor to a prestigious multinational and a few start-ups and medium organizations. She is also on the executive committee of Action India, a not for profit organization working in the area of women empowerment.

 

All through her professional life, Nandita has taken on stretch assignments and spent considerable time in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. She has worked with geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams. A person who believes in helping others unlock their potential, she has not only developed her own team members but has also mentored numerous professionals in the industry. She has participated in several industry events as a speaker to encourage diversity, talent, and to motivate budding leaders.

Early on, Nandita learned that the qualities of the leader and the vision they create are paramount to realizing outstanding results. ​

Since 2014, Nandita  has been providing executive and leadership coaching as well as advisory services to start-ups and other organizations in the technology space. As a certified and professional Leadership and Executive coach, she supports global leaders navigate through corporate networks and complex challenges. Nandita specializes in coaching and mentoring high potential leaders working through role or career transitions.

With her cross cultural experience of working in several countries, Nandita is able to quickly develop a rapport with her clients. She is able to achieve breakthrough results in her clients by helping them embrace values and behaviors consistent with stakeholder expectations and organization culture. She steers them in the right direction so as to find best-fit solutions to address their challenges. Her powerful questioning provides clarity and deep insights, while her disciplined approach ensures long lasting improvements in leadership behaviors.

Nandita believes that personal and professional performance impact each other and stresses in any arena will lead to strain in the other. Her training on life coaching helps her support those who need assistance in non-corporate matters.

Nandita is also extremely creative and a featured ceramic artist with a solo exhibition to her credit. She is a keen gardener, a published poet, and is interested in Ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement). Her global experience, varied interests, and exposure to diverse businesses provides a unique blend of knowledge and insights that she leverages effectively in coaching and mentoring engagements. Known for her thoughtful advice, calm demeanor, persistence and results focus, her clients come back with follow-on engagements.
